The Springfield Lucky Horseshoes are delighted to announce that Springfield, Illinois has been awarded the upcoming 2022 Prospect League Summit.

This will be the first time that Illinois’ Capital City hosts this impactful weekend that will draw all Prospect League Operators to Springfield.

Attendees will hear from prominent guest speakers and numerous baseball vendors from all over the country to bring the next great promotional event or item to the Prospect League.

“We’re looking forward to the opportunity to spotlight Springfield and show the rest of the operators in the Prospect League what the Capital City has to offer.” said Chief Storyteller Jamie Toole. “The Prospect League Summit is an integral part for development and growth for the league and its teams, and we’re proud to bring such an important event to Springfield .”

Throughout the weekend, conversations and votes will be made regarding the rules and regulations for the upcoming 2023 Prospect League Season which will also set up the landscape of the league for years to come.

The Prospect League Summit will be held at the Abraham Lincoln Doubletree Hotel in Downtown Springfield on October 9th and 10th.
