The Springfield Lucky Horseshoes are excited to announce a partnership with TicketSmarter that will revolutionize the ticketing experience at Robin Roberts Stadium beginning this summer!

“When garnering feedback throughout the community, one heavily mentioned topic was the lines and accessibility to order tickets for games at Robin Roberts Stadium. We feel comfortable in saying this new partnership will meet, and exceed the expectations of all fans,” said Lucky Horseshoes’ Emperor of Engagement, Andrew Miller.

“We are excited to partner with the Springfield Lucky Horseshoes as an extension of our strategy to develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships that provides fans with an enhanced ticketing experience,” said TicketSmarter CEO Jeff Goodman. “We look forward to developing our relationship with the Lucky Horseshoes over the next several years.”

Online Ticket Ordering:

Fans will now be able to purchase tickets for all events at Robin Roberts Stadium online either through their smartphones or via computer. This will also allow fans to purchase tickets for any future event prior to the date of the event, eliminating the need to travel to the ticket office or wait in line on the day of the event at the ticket office.

Mobile Ticketing:

Fans who purchase their tickets online will have the option of receiving a mobile ticket upon purchase. This will eliminate the need to stand-in line or visit the ticket office completely. Fans with a mobile ticket will be able to access their tickets, and have them scanned directly from their smartphones. In addition, fans using Apple IPhones will be able to add tickets to their Apple Wallet for an even more convenient experience. Fans will still have the option of receiving a physical ticket in place of a mobile ticket at their request.

Assigned Seating:

Beginning in 2022, the Springfield Lucky Horseshoes will utilize assigned seating for ticked fans. Fans will have an assigned seat that they will be able to choose themselves which is where they will sit for the game. There will be select General Admission tickets in the bleachers (Robin’s Rows & Lankford’s Landing) where fans will be able to sit where they please within that section. However, all seats with seat-backs will follow the assigned seating method.

Gameday Ticket Sales:

Fans will still have the ability to purchase game-day tickets in-person by coming to the box office as they did in years prior. They will also have the option to purchase any tickets for future events.

Season tickets and half-season ticket plans are on sale now at Tickets.ShoesBaseball.com with packages and individual game tickets going on sale at a future date.
